After a very thorough interview with the rider, your forks
are completely disassembled and all components are
meticulously cleaned via solvent tank. All internal
and external parts are then measured and inspected for
wear and fatigue. Any worn components are then
replaced with updated items for reliable, long lasting
performance. Next all damping circuits are then tailored
to the riders needs and preferences. The fork tubes
and all sliding surfaces are micro-polished for silky
smooth operation and long seal life. The proper spring
rates are then calculated and the fork is finally
reassembled with high performance fork fluid and the
clickers ‘’tuned’’ for maximum performance. |
Shock
Service:
Your
shock is completely disassembled and all components are
